VOLUNTARY MC AUTHORITY REVOCATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If your company no longer require MC# (Authority) use the following application to request a voluntary revocation/detachment of the MC# from the U.S. DOT number. Such detachment would be required when you no longer haul interstate cargo across state lines, or if you no longer haul interstate cargo in your home state.
